DO YOU OFFER MOBILE DETAILING?

Yes! For the greater Colorado Springs area, we do dispatch for an additional $30 free. Some services cannot be completed in a mobile setting, however. We suggest the higher end packages and really bad cars come in shop so we may use full sized equipment to get the job done right.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

We are a professional shop using only the highest quality products. Most of the brand names we use are industry specific and not available to the public. The majority of what we use come from Colorado Detail Supply and Majestic Solutions. We will soon have products available for purchase in shop to help you maintain your vehicles appearance for as long as possible.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY CAR?

The frequency is irrelevant if the wash technique is correct. Meaning, avoid tunnel car washes at all costs. Hand washes and touchless washes should be the only method you use to washing your vehicle. The fast-moving bristles in the tunnel wash WILL cause damage sometimes major and others need a keen eye to see. You always want to wash your car when you get bird droppings, bug guts, tar, magnesium chloride or salts sitting on your paint at they all cause havoc when left to bake in the sun.

WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR WHEN HIRING A DETAILING COMPANY?

The easiest way to tell if someone is a qualified detailer vs a glorified car washer is by what products they use to get the job done. Amateurs will use things like degreasers to clean the interiors of your vehicle. This product breaks down the fibers of your carpets and also can potentially change the colors of your leathers and cloth. Ask what brand of products they use, if you've seen it at Wal-Mart or similar- I'd steer away, they are probably very new or at the very least, not professionally trained. Our governing body; the IDA (International Detailing Association) offers testing both written and a practical to prove we as detailers know how to detail and what chemicals to use and not use. I'd only recommend hiring a certified detailer. You can use their nifty search function to find a certified detailer near you.

HOW LONG DOES A DETAIL TAKE?

We are a low volume high quality shop. We do not rush our projects and if speed is something you are looking for, we may not be the best fit for you. We do have some faster services, but the majority of our details take 4 hours or more.

DO YOU WAX IN EVERY DETAIL?

All our washes at baseline include a carnauba wax. There are upgrade options to include a paint sealant for longer protection or ceramic coating for superior gloss and protection.
